How to Understand Energy Portraits
I have developed a symbolic system to help interpret my drawings:
A point represents life.
A spiral symbolizes life over time.
A triangle represents conflict or struggle.
An oval or tangled form may indicate tension, war, destruction, transformation, or unresolved energy.
Flowing, dynamic lines show balanced, strong energy, while closed or fragmented shapes may reflect introspection or inner challenges.

Whole, Dynamic Energy: This indicates healthy, strong energy in harmony with the universe, extending beyond the canvas.
Unique, Personal Energy: Vibrant, individual energy that reflects the beauty and uniqueness of life.
Linear, Dynamic Energy with Twists: Represents personal character, with a clear beginning and end, and may provide insights or suggestions for improvement.
Energy in the Shape of an Eight: Suggests attempts to harmonize and evolve, often containing hints for growth.
Tangled, Oval Energy Forms: Symbolizes conflict and destruction.
